Student Services

During your time as a student at ACM, various teams are in place to provide support and help with any problems or issues you may encounter.

Examples of the types of support available to ACM students include:

  • General day to day support for students
  • Personal issues
  • Counselling
  • Attendance and registers
  • Guest Pass requests
  • Student timetables
  • Financial advice, Student Loans, etc
  • Coursework submission
  • Deferral of assessments
  • Withdrawals and deferrals
  • Appeals and grievances
  • Student absences
  • Council Tax and Bank letter requests
  • Student welfare
  • Student accommodation

If you require assistance with any of the above please contact your Senior Programme Officer, or ACM Student Services, who will be able to assist you or guide you to the appropriate team.
