Teaching across Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology subject areas, Oliver has a diverse business and entrepreneurial background spanning music, media and technology. After a three-year stint with international giant, Clear Channel Entertainment (now Live Nation), Oli swapped concerts-for-grownups for concerts-for-kids by securing investment to create FUNtastic!, a multi-platform brand involving a roster of high-end music and television talent for the pre-school marketplace that has achieved music-product sales well in excess of 2 million units worldwide and has linked him with companies such as the BBCEMI Music PublishingShine TVand the Universal Music Group. At FUNtastic! he also built relationships in retail (HarrodsHamleysMarks & Spencer) as well as in live concert production (The Glastonbury Music FestivalThe O2 / AEG), print publishing (Bonnier BooksTemplar) and in government (The Foods Standards AgencyBooktrust).

Oli is also a Director at Apisode, a transformational technology platform that promises to bring together those working in the television, broadcast and programming industries.  His ideas there are already gaining the support of industry, having been invited to present the platform to key representatives in the world of television by the government’s Technology Strategy Board.  In other areas, Oliver has also built an established business consultancy specialising in digital innovation, futurist strategy and change management. He enabled the UK’s first Apple Solutions Expert in Pro Audio and Pro Video for e-commerce (now based at the legendary Pinewood Film Studios) whilst for Jeepster Recordings, an independent record label noted for artists such as Snow Patrol, he created and implemented their international sales and royalty tracking systems for both physical and digital product. He continues to consult for a variety of start-up and established music industry companies because of his forward-thinking ideas.
