Grosvenor Road Studios (GRS), a distinguished creative institution in Birmingham with a rich history spanning over seventy years, stands as a testament to artistic innovation. Under the ownership of the visionary Black Voices, GRS has recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade.
Nestled within its historic walls, Grosvenor Road Studios boasts one of the largest recording studios in the Midlands. Impeccably acoustically treated, this versatile studio is well-suited for solo or orchestral recordings, accommodating gatherings of up to 50 people. The studio’s commitment to sonic excellence reflects its dedication to providing a premium environment for artists and musicians to bring their creative visions to life.
As part of ACM’s unwavering commitment to fostering industry connections and providing unparalleled opportunities, Grosvenor Road Studios is accessible to our students through our Access All Areas initiative. Both our current and prospective students at ACM Birmingham can enjoy one day a week of complimentary studio time at GRS, allowing them to explore their craft in a professional working studio environment.
In addition to free studio time, prospects can participate in twice-monthly songwriting camps facilitated through Industry Link. This unique program provides a platform for aspiring artists to hone their songwriting skills, collaborate with industry professionals, and build valuable connections within the music community.
