We are honoured to announce Havni Gohil as the recipient of our 2018 Music Gateway Scholarship.
Every year we are proud to run five exclusive Scholarships worth a combined £130,000 to celebrate the fantastic talent that makes up our student body of musicians, producers, engineers, songwriters, technicians and entrepreneurs in the creative industries. With many fantastic applicants this year, Havni Gohil has been chosen at this year’s recipient of our Music Gateway Scholarship.
“It feels really strange to think that I won it but I feel extremely grateful! It makes me feel really proud. It will help my career so much as most people have heard of ACM and to say I’ve actually won the Scholarship there is amazing. It also makes me believe in myself more and makes me think that I can go far with production. I chose to go ACM after I saw the buildings and facilities. It was also recommended to me by my tutors and after I came to the open day – I knew this is where I wanted to be. I’m really enjoying my course so far I’m definitely learning so much and all my tutors are so knowledgeable and are always willing to help.”

Music Gateway is a global online platform with the goal of empowering creatives and companies all over the world to be the best they can be at what they do. ACM and Music Gateway have enjoyed a fantastic partnership for many years including the ACM Network which is a bespoke, white-labelled platform designed as a hub to help both students and alumni accelerate their career in the music industry. Last year marked the inaugural year for the ACM Music Gateway Scholarship which was set up to celebrate both the partnership between ACM and Music Gateway and the talent displayed here at ACM.

The Music Gateway Scholarship is awarded every year to a Music Production student studying at any of our campuses. With close partnerships such as Europe’s largest recording facility, Metropolis Studios, our offering to those looking to enter the production world is unsurpassed. Chosen for her talent, dedication and passion for music production, Scholarship winner Havni will now complete her Music Industry Practice Degree specialising in Music Production at our Guildford campus with no charge and will graduate free from tuition fee debt.
