A guide for new students to access online learning tools

Here’s a list of apps you will need at ACM. For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop computer.

myACM

myACM is your central hub for all ACM apps. You can view your timetable and courses, make room bookings, get support, and even collaborate with fellow students.

Log in to my.acm.ac.uk

  1. Go to my.acm.ac.uk
  2. Select ‘Student Login’
  3. Sign in with your ACM Google account
  4. Enter your password
  5. Enter your 2-step verification code (sent to your phone)

Canvas and Zoom

Canvas is where you will find all of your course resources. You will also join your online Zoom sessions from here.

Your Canvas Courses and Zoom Sessions

  1. Login to myACM using the above instructions
  2. Click the Canvas icon
  3. Select ‘Student Login’
  4. Sign in with your ACM Google account (if asked)
  5. From the Dashboard, click ‘Music Theory Bootcamp 2020’
  6. To join a session, click the ‘Zoom’ tab and click ‘Join’ at the appropriate time
