Paul Jones is A&R manager at the famous indie record label, Rough Trade. During his 12 years the label he has been responsible in signing artists such as Warpaint, Micachu, Dean Blunt, This Is the Kit, Starcrawler, Palma Violets and Soak, to name a few. Before working at Rough Trade Paul was a guitarist songwriter for bands.
