As a bass tutor at ACM, Paul offers students on our bass course a vast amount of knowledge. Paul is an honours graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston USA, and B.I.T, Musicians Institute of Technology in Los Angeles California.

In 1991 he received his first break working with soul diva’s Lisa Stansfield and Gabrielle. In 1992 Paul was part of the Princes Trust Rock School event, and played alongside Jools Holland in front of Prince Charles.

In 1993 Paul was voted Best “New Musician” by the British Music Association.

Paul finds time in his busy schedule to lecture on the full time courses at ACM. He is also a contributor for Guitar Techniques & Bass Guitar Magazine.

Paul has played bass with many artists including Nik Kershaw, George Michael, The Lighthouse Family, Geri Halliwell, Dane Bowers (another level) and A1.

Paul has also worked with a number of bands as ‘MD’ signed to Polydor, Sony, EMI, and Warner Music. These include Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Liberty X, Clarkesville, Enrique, Phix, Dside, Blazing Squad and Rachel Stevens (ex S-Club7), Simply Red, Donny and Marie Osmond ITV1, Mary J Blige.
