At ACM, we offer flexible degree pathways designed to support students at different stages of their journey.
You can complete your studies with a Bachelor’s degree in 2 or 3 years, depending on your chosen route, or continue further and graduate with both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s qualification within 3 years.

3 Years: Accelerated Bachelor's Degree + Master's
The Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree + Master’s pathway is designed for ambitious students who already meet the entry requirements for direct entry to an undergraduate degree and want to maximise their time at ACM by progressing seamlessly from undergraduate to postgraduate study. It’s ideal for students who want to gain a deeper level of expertise, achieve an advanced qualification and enter the creative industries with a competitive edge.
By completing an accelerated bachelor’s degree followed immediately by a master’s, you’ll complete your studies in three years, the same timeframe as many students completing a traditional undergraduate degree, while graduating with more than a bachelor’s degree. You’ll achieve a recognised bachelor’s degree certification alongside a postgraduate master’s qualification, giving you additional specialist knowledge, advanced skills and a stronger foundation for your future career.
Throughout both stages of study, you’ll benefit from ACM’s Creative Industries Futures model, combining industry-led teaching, collaborative projects, practical experience and professional development. Whether your ambition is to specialise in your chosen field, progress into leadership, pursue further academic opportunities or accelerate your career journey, this pathway allows you to achieve two qualifications in the same time many students complete one.
3 Years: Foundation Year + Accelerated Bachelor's Degree
The Foundation Year + Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree pathway is ideal for students who have the potential to succeed at degree level but would benefit from an additional year to develop their academic skills, creative practice and confidence before progressing onto a bachelor’s degree. It is also well suited to applicants who may not yet meet the entry requirements for direct entry or who are looking for a more supported transition into higher education.
By combining a Foundation Year with our two-year accelerated bachelor’s degree, you’ll complete your undergraduate studies within the traditional three-year timeframe and graduate with the same recognised bachelor’s degree certification as students on a standard undergraduate programme.
Throughout your studies, you’ll experience the full Creative Industries Futures model, including Skills Units, collaborative projects and industry-facing learning, giving you the knowledge, practical experience and professional skills to launch your creative career.
2 Years: Accelerated Bachelor's Degree
Our Accelerated Degree allows you to complete your bachelor’s degree over two years instead of the traditional three, providing a faster route to the same recognised qualification. You’ll graduate with the same bachelor’s degree certification as students on a traditional undergraduate programme, while benefiting from a more intensive and focused learning experience.
The most immediate benefit is financial. By completing your degree in two years, you reduce both tuition fees and living costs by an entire year, meaning less overall borrowing and a quicker route into paid employment or postgraduate study.
Academically, nothing is compromised. You’ll still experience the full Creative Industries Futures model, but delivered through an accelerated academic structure that enables you to achieve the same qualification in less time.
