Amber Chen

Amber Chen is a London-based music manager at Atlas Artists who has worked with artists including Celeste, Rachel Chinouriri, newfamiliar, Kam-BU, and Gabriels. With a background in the music business and experience managing bands since age 16, she focuses on artist development, campaign management, and creative strategy, including work on Rachel Chinouriri’s “Plain Jane” video and Celeste’s #1 album.

Amy Greig

Amy Greig is an Music Production graduate from The Academy of Contemporary Music, currently making significant strides in the music industry. She works at Runway Artists as a Booking Agent and also contributes to the A&R team. Runway Artists is dedicated to addressing the underlying and often subconscious biases in talent scouting, aiming to value integrity and creative expression above all else.

Will Randall

Will Randall is a ticketing and events professional from South East England. Having risen through the ranks as an Independent Promoter for over six years, he transitioned into ticketing shortly after the pandemic. Will has led ticketing strategy, management, and on-site operations for some of the biggest stadium and arena tours in the country, working with renowned artists such as KISS, Burna Boy, Duran Duran, and The Who. He has also delivered ticketing services for one of London’s oldest cultural venues, Troxy. Currently, Will is with Skiddle, where he assists promoters, venues, and festivals in implementing a robust and reputable ticketing system for their events.

Lydia Playle

Lydia Playle’s music industry journey began at a young age, volunteering at a local shelter-turned-venue. This ignited her passion, leading to an internship at PRS for Music and subsequent roles in licensing, data management, and member support.

With academic excellence and invitations to industry events, Lydia’s expertise grew, eventually landing her current position as a project lead at PRS, handling tax statuses for high-earning UK and international members. Her career is marked by diverse experiences and confidential dealings with renowned artists’ management teams.

Curtis Sharkey

Curtis Sharkey is the Press Manager of Festival Republic, a prominent figure in the UK’s live music scene.

With a dynamic career that began after his studies at ACM and a series of internships at Warner Records, Public City, and Chart Show TV, Curtis made his mark at LD Communications.

There, he orchestrated compelling campaigns for music legends like the Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, and Mariah Carey, alongside iconic events like The BRITS and major festivals.

His freelance journey included collaborations with renowned brands such as Jackson Guitars and The Heavy Music Awards, as well as nurturing emerging talents.

Curtis’s outstanding contributions to the music industry have earned recognition from Music Week and a feature in the BLM issue.

Hailing from a working-class background and a former touring musician himself, Curtis is dedicated to demystifying the live music industry and inspiring others to follow in his footsteps.

Andy Allen

Andy Allen, an ACM alumni, graduated in 2011 with a degree in Music Production. He started as a radio plugger in London before realizing his passion for pro audio. He interned at Audient, the company he knew from ACM, and now serves as their Marketing Director. Andy credits ACM’s business modules for his confidence in pursuing a career in the music business. His aspirations include continuous growth, making music, collaborating with artists, and developing products that benefit musicians and producers. His advice for aspiring professionals: network, create opportunities, work hard, embrace new experiences, and stay true to yourself.

James Corbitt

ACM’s Business & Innovation graduate James Corbitt has been making waves in the industry since graduating back in 2016. James has had the privilege of working with major businesses in the idustry such as Verdigrisi Management, Cooking Vinyl and more recently Autonomy Music group as a Product & Artist Manager.

Richard Darbon

Richard Darbon, an ACM alumni, has excelled in the music industry since graduating. He has worked for PRS for Music, BMG UK, and Warner Chappell Music in various roles, including Income Tracking, Revenue Analyst, Tour Consultancy, and currently serves as the Director and Product Owner – Data Business Intelligence. His diverse experiences highlight his expertise in financial management, live music consulting, and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

Max Creswell

Max Cresswell graduated from ACM’s Business degree back in 2016 and has since worked with major music groups such as Universal Music group and Warner Music. Max was able to acheive such accolades from honing in on skills throughtout ACM and landing internship roles with NS&A, TSA Artists and Machine Management.

Ryan Ottley-Booth

Ryan studied our Busniess degree graduating back in 2015, since leaving ACM Ryan spent a short time at Carlin Music to then progressing to an Assistant Copyright Manager. Once spending a handful of years working at Kobalt, Since 2022 he has now had the amazing opportunity of working for the renowned Universal Music Group as a Change Anaylist. We cannot wait to see what Ryan gets up to next!
