All students will cover the fundamentals of contemporary music across all genres and study the contributions made by the world’s leading industry exponents. In addition to our classroom-based curriculum we also offer numerous optional extra curricular activities and one to one tutorials to enable the student to customise their experience outside of our curriculum and ultimately find their own sound and style.
Our graduates have the skills necessary to work as artists & musicians, producers, session players, engineers, publishers, band members, tour managers, songwriters and major & indie label execs to name but a few. Students must be committed to intense study and long-term development in order to gain the most benefit from ACM’s numerous experienced and vibrant educators.
In your time at ACM you will have performed with some of the industry’s up and coming stars. We will show you how to conduct yourself in the music business. An invaluable part of the process is attending masterclasses and clinics where internationally renowned musicians come and share their knowledge and experience. This music college in Guildford has seen the dreams and aspirations of so many students realised – careers that range from Top 40 success stories and individual business start-ups, through to industry internships leading to full time employment.
Helping students realise their ambitions are our faculty, who are all active industry professionals and specialists in their field. In addition we have a dedicated Business and Artist Development Centre (BDC) which exists with the sole purpose of creating and managing as many industry opportunities as possible for ACM students.
