Raf started his brand career at Fosters Lager, which developed into senior marketing roles at Pepsico and Walkers Crisps.

As Head of UK Marketing Activation at Coca-Cola, he founded MyCokemusic.com, a music download and streaming website. Raf then established RED Entertainment Marketing, which helped brands work with music and entertainment partners. Then, as EMI’s Senior Vice President for Brand Partnerships, Licensing & Synchronisation, he worked with advertising, gaming, television and film industries.

He then led the Creative Artists Agency (CAA), a leading entertainment agency, in brand partnerships and sponsorships. In 2017, as Head of Business Development and Partnerships for Amazon Tickets, he negotiated partnerships with artists and venues. Raf’s talent agency, Talent & Brands, represents celebrity talent for commercial opportunities and campaigns. He created brand partnerships for Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, One Direction, Ariana Grande, Gorillaz, and Lily Allen among others.
