ACM’s Creative Music Production degree programmes centre on equipping students with the tools and the practical expertise to step into a variety of working scenarios from right across the sound and media industries, which is exactly what MP graduate Sam Kelly has achieved.

After graduating from ACM in 2011, Sam made a bold career step moving to Berlin to take up a position as a Sound & Visual Designer for flora&faunavisions an international agency renowned for space, motion, print and film design. Take a look at ffv 2012 showreel that Sam created for them.

During his time with ffv, Sam was involved in a number of multimedia projects and it’s clear that the skills he honed at ACM came in very handy when he was tasked with creating the sound design for a large scale mercedes projection on a mountain in a Val Thorens ski resort for Boarderweek 2011, as well as creating the visuals for Kraftklub’s live performance at the Echo Music Awards in Germany.

The remainder of 2012 looks set to be a busy one for Sam as he continues to create new visuals on a variety of new projects, which includes working with some great bands and ACM looks forward to seeing more of his work in the future.
