Killzone Mercenary / Killzone – Shadow Fall Sound Designer to Visit ACM

ACM is pleased to confirm that Sony Computer Entertainment sound designer, Dylan Vadamootoo will be visiting Guildford to deliver a Creative Sound Design (CSD) masterclass session on Wednesday 19th February 2014.

The two hour session starting at 4pm, will take place in Room 12 of the Rodboro Building.

Dylan Vadamootoo is a sound designer for Sony Computer Entertainment. He has worked on sound design for AAA titles such as the award-winning “Killzone Mercenary” and the flagship PS4 title “Killzone – Shadow Fall”, as well as several new titles that are currently in production.

In this masterclass session Dylan will be sharing his experiences as a sound designer for games, including gameplay audio, cut scenes, trailers and menu systems for AAA releases, and discussing the concepts, techniques and technology used in modern game sound design.

Tickets for this masterclass session are strictly limited and will be made available from ACM Student Relations.
