About the role:
ACM has a video-first content strategy and a desire to create content that captures
the imagination of our audiences and brings our brand story to life. With a huge
amount of potential content available, this role will work to conceptualise, shoot and
edit content for our website, socials and internal communications. This role may
require some out-of-hours work to capture footage of gigs and events across our 3
college locations.

Main Responsibilities
● Produce and edit a wide range of video content
● Craft motion graphics and animations to help us tell our story about our
organisation and values
● Create and edit video content for social media and our website

● Own your projects from start to finish (storyboard, production, post-
● Maintain the look and feel for all video assets in line with our brand guidelines
● Understand, contribute to, and follow content calendars
● Apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, and digital best practices
● Develop and maintain a motion graphics style guide in direct conjunction with
our brand

Person specification:

● Proficiency with Adobe Creative Software such as After Effects, Premiere,
Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition.
● Able to conceptualise audiovisual content based on requirements.
● Degree in Post-Production, Motion Design, Visual Communication or
equivalent proven experience.
● Meticulous attention to detail and quality control
● Strong at prioritising and managing your own workload
● Proactive, resourceful and creative with a positive attitude
● Collaborative, team-oriented, as well as able to work autonomously
● Great communication skills (written and verbal)
● Basic knowledge of colouring and sound mixing
● Experience with using studio lighting

● Basic understanding of graphic design principles
● Experience in creating content for TikTok

the post-holder develop, there will inevitably be some changes to the duties
for which the post is responsible, and possibly to the emphasis of the post
itself. ACM expects that the post-holder will recognise this and will adopt a
flexible approach to work.  This could include undertaking relevant training
where necessary.  Should significant changes to the job purpose become
necessary, the post-holder will be consulted and the changes reflected in a
revised job purpose.
