PURPOSE 

The  Marketing team requires a CRM Manager to work closely with Digital, Sales and Admissions teams to oversee and execute the communication strategy to our Prospective students through a multiple channels including (but not limited) to direct mail, txt, email, WhatsApp, based on commercial objectives in order to increase prospects awareness, engagement and retention.

We need an expert at analysing complex data – spotting on trends and the most effective way of communication (platforms) as well as the most resonating/ engaging content based on the prospective student stage. 

Working with the sales team, they will also be involved in leading the strategic CRM projects (events, experiences etc) that will elevate our overall prospective students retention. 

The CRM Manager will  also be advising the sales team on the most effective activities which increase conversions rate.

  1. Strong analytics skills required, along with experience in data visualisation tools, content management systems and business insights dashboards.
  2. Ability to efficiently manage and implement quick-turn, tactical projects as well as campaigns through multiple channels such us: direct mail, txt, WhatsApp, Apple business chat email et

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  1. Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging prospective students retention and engagement through numerous channels.
  2. Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  3. Working with Sales, Admissions and Digital teams to strategise ways to acquire and retain customers and advise on the most effective tactics
  4. Analysing results to find opportunities and develop the most effective communication strategies based on customer insights and data.
  5. Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities through multiple channels
  1. Work to ACM’s mission, vision and strategy and ACM’s acceptable behaviours
  2. Understand and follow safeguarding guidelines and implement them into everyday work
  3. Attend regular meetings with the Line Manager to give feedback, receive training and set goals

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

  • Strong CRM track record and career history 
  • Demonstrate the ability work on multiple  CRM tactics such us: direct mail, txt, WhatsApp, Apple business chat email etc
  • Good understanding of CRM driven education tactics / marketplace strategies and the challenges and opportunities it presents for prospective and retention campaigns 

 

  • Have demonstrable experience in devising CRM strategies 

 

  • Great communications skills, be able to communicate with educators, students and industry professionals
  • Be able to work under pressure, working to deadlines, setting targets and goals .
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Be able to take a flexible approach and be comfortable in an ever changing environment
  • A clear understanding of ACM and ACM pathways

Desirable

 

  • HTML coding experience 
  • Social media skills 
  • SEO experience 

 

 

This job purpose reflects the core activities of the post. As the Department and the post-holder develop, there will inevitably be some changes to the duties for which the post is responsible, and possibly to the emphasis of the post itself. ACM expects that the post-holder will recognise this and will adopt a flexible approach to work.  This could include undertaking relevant training where necessary.  Should significant changes to the job purpose become necessary, the post-holder will be consulted and the changes reflected in a revised job purpose.
