The Junto, based on an idea by Benjamin Franklin, the purpose is to debate questions of Music, art, politics, and science, and to exchange knowledge of music business affairs.

To provide a structured forum of mutual improvement, a shared spirit of inquiry and a desire to improve themselves, their community, and to help others. To be conducted in the sincere spirit of inquiry after truth, without fondness for dispute or desire of victory; and to prevent warmth, all expressions of positiveness in opinions, or direct contradiction.
