The MMF return to discuss the different aspects of management, artists and repertoire. Hosted by Dave Cronen, the panel will consist of MMF’s General Manager, Jayne Stynes, MMF’s Industry Relations & Events Manager, Joe Lever and Artist Manager, Shane Derozario (MoStack/K-Trap/Rxwntree).

Guest Bios – 

  • Joe Lever
    Joe’s break into the industry was through playing bass in BMG signed band Young Kato. Following ending the band ending Joe begun interning at various different companies pursuing a career in the business side and eventually this led to the Music Managers Forum in 2017, where Joe now works as Industry Relations & Events Manager. Alongside music Joe also has a strong passion for visual art and has worked as a freelance Creative Talent Manager/Content Commissioner with clients including ATC Management, Polydor, Republic Records (Universal), East West (Warner Music Group) and Roc Nation.

  • Jayne Stynes
    Jayne Stynes is General Manager at the Music Managers Forum, a not-for-profit trade body with over 900 members, seeking to educate, inform and represent UK managers, as well as providing a network through which managers can share experiences, opportunities and information.Prior to joining the MMF Jayne spent 6 years working at Eleven Management, the innovative artist-led management company who’s roster included Damon Albarn, Blur, Gorillaz, The Clash, Róisín Murphy, Kano and Spoek Mathambo. During her time at Eleven, Jayne worked on five UK top five-album campaigns, Brit and MOBO Award winning acts, as well as Grammy and Mercury Music Prize nominated records. She has toured extensively in her day-to-day manager role and as tour manager with smaller productions.Jayne is in the second year of her PhD studies at the department of Media, Communications and Cultural Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London. Her research explores the significance of gender-focused initiatives in the UK music industries and wider creative industries sector.

  • Shane Derozario
    Shane is a versatile music executive, lover of all music and passionate about business.With over 12 years managerial experience, Shane “MiZermilli” Derozario is an extremely ambitious and hugely motivated entrepreneur. CEO & Founder of MiZermillion Entertainment (Management / Independent Label Company) Looking after global acts such as MoStack, K-Trap, The Rara, Skxlly TG & Rae? Also consulting the amazing Singer/songwriter Jaz Karis. Shane also works with talented Producers, Rxwntree & JT. As well as artists, Shane manages Mix & Master engineer Marrik Shearer and Internationally known DJ Semo.Last year Shane took his career even further by joining forces with Sony Music UK, Launching a brand-new label imprint, Dream Life Records. Shane ‘s role is Co – Managing Director, working closely with artists and management teams, developing fresh exciting artists, bridging the gap between youth and the mainstream.
