In September 2011, a new crop of students walked through ACM’s iconic double doors to begin their journey on the Diploma Performance course. After dozens of Live Performance Workshops, practice and classroom sessions the class of 2011 are taking to the Electric Theatre stage to begin their final Diploma hurrah with 2012’s Diploma Showcase.

Monday’s afternoon and evening sessions included performances from 12 ACM Diploma bands watched by their tutors, friends and family as well as other Diploma students.

“The opening day of the 2011/12 Diploma showcase once again highlighted how the students manage to pull together to put on a great display of their efforts. With another fantastic set-up from the facilities team, a professional lightshow and a full house, I felt rather jealous not to be onstage with them.”
Pat Hughes Bass Guitar Lecturer

Congratulations to everybody involved in the first day of 2012’s ACM Diploma Showcase. It’s been a fantastic year and ACM would like to wish our Diploma students the very best for the future, and see you next year for Higher Diploma!
