At the young age of 14, Reiss landed his first session job recording 6 tracks for a Metal band at CM Studios in Coventry. Although it was not his prime style of music to play at that point, he was praised for his professional attitude, time keeping and solid playing.

Alongside experiences in percussion by joining samba band ‘The Sambassadors of Groove’ and attending african percussion workshops, he joined New Wave band ‘The Time Thieves’ in 2014. Performing a large number of gigs throughout Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stratford-Upon-Avon and London, they went on to achieve a contract with Robert Plant fronted programme, MAS Records. They continued to spend time working on their singles at Monochrome Studios, recording a music video and receiving professional grade photoshoots.
