Career Description
During my time at ACM, I started promoting small DIY gigs in Guildford and other areas of Surrey. These gigs became progressively more successful and led me to a work experience position at Monkeysuit Promotions / Black & White Music Agency, shortly after i finished my degree course. A month later, I was offered a three month Internship at Elastic Artists Agency, a boutique booking agency, specialising in electronic music and DJ’s. The Internship taught me a lot about the industry, in a very short space of time. My experience at Elastic, combined with my degree, helped me land my first role at Universal, as an Approvals and Licensing Assistant for their Merchandise company Bravado. After 18 months at Bravado, I earned a role within the Sync team at Universal and I’ve been there ever since. I now specialise in pitching and licensing music for TV series, both in the UK and Internationally.
