Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Diploma
The ACM Vocal Performance Diploma is a practical, industry-related course concentrating on the skills required to start a career in the music business.
During their time at ACM, students will be taught by professional vocalists and musicians – see our current Vocal Tutors - and have access to a range of professional guitar and performance facilities such as The Shure Vocal Studio.
The Vocal Diploma is split into twelve units, which includes practical performance lessons, in class discussions and group work. Students on the course are encouraged to form bands with students on other Performance Diploma courses in order to develop their individual repertoire and performance skills.

Course Requirements
Entry Requirements
5 x GCSE @ A-C grade including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications (ie. International
Baccalaureate) preferred.
Students may be able to access these courses without the above qualifications based on prior relevant experience, quality of application and quality of audition/interview. Exception is also
given in certain circumstances based on successful completion of a relevant intensive course.

Vocal Diploma students will be required to carry out self-evaluation throughout the year acknowledging, analszing and evaluating their individual progress as a guitarist.
