The Student Relations Team is the hub of information for all students. Should any student have a problem or issue whilst at ACM any member of the Student Relations Team will be able to assist them. The Student Relations Team works very closely with Education Administration Team, Professional Development Team and the Mentoring Team.

The Student Relations Team oversees:

• Personal Issues
• Counselling
• Classroom Behaviour
• Attendance and registers
• Guest Pass Requests
• Support all Students
• Link between Middlesex, Surrey Uni and Guildford College
• Student Timetables
• Financial Advice, EMA, ALG, Student Loans, etc
• Coursework Submission
• Deferral of Assessments
• Withdrawals and Deferrals
• Appeals and Grievances
• Student Absences
• Council Tax and Bank letter requests
• Student Welfare
• Accomodation
