NEWS New ACM Artist Development Centre
ACM is preparing to expand its facilities in Guildford for September 2010, with the opening of a unique Artist Development Centre for its students in the town centre. The building will house creative resources and high tech facilities across two floors including:
• Demo Theatre
• Audient Recording Studio & Live Room
• 8 Practice Rooms
• Yamaha Keyboard Studio
• Music Business Lecture Room
This facility will add to the existing campus on Bridge Street, which comprises of Global House and the Rodboro Buildings. The building which was previously home to a major pub chain is being completely revamped by ‘Space-pod’, who created the inspiring Rodboro conversion back in 2000.
ACM’s focus has always been to integrate Music Industry and Education, providing students with career opportunities through its Business and Artist Development Team, and this new expansion will help to broaden the facilities available to the students.
